Online Banking Text Alerts

You can now start receiving account alerts via text message. Enrolling is easy with just a few clicks.*

Here are the new account alert options:

  • Secure message alert
  • Change in contact info alert
  • Login credential change alert
  • Login alerts
  • Password reset request alert

Here's how to enroll in text message alerts:

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Click on "Message & Alerts" in the red column on the left
  • Select "Manage Alerts" in the drop-down options
  • Click where it says "click here to choose the phone number for SMS alerts" (see below)

  • Go to "Mobile/Text Messaging phone number" (see below)
  • Click on "Add new mobile number" to enter your mobile phone number
  • Click "Save"

  • An Authentication Requirement will pop up (see below)
  • Answer the security question and click "Continue"

  • We'll then text you a verification code to the mobile phone number you just entered
  • Enter the code into the verification box and click "Submit" (see below)

You're now enrolled for text message alerts!

Important Reminder:

You can return to the "Manage Alerts" tab to select which alerts you want to receive. To turn on each listed alert, you'll need to click on the red button on the right. Once the button turns green, that alert option has been turned on. (see below)
