Welcome members, answer questions, open new accounts, process account modifications and resolve account issues, all while providing the highest level of caring, personalized service.
Assist members with questions or concerns via incoming calls to our Contact Center; provide exceptional customer service & cross-sell our products and services to meet monthly incentive goals.
Enhance the Credit Union’s brand visibility across diverse platforms, including but not limited to: targeted direct mail campaigns, marketing brochures and fliers, strategically crafted search engine marketing advertisements, impactful financial education programs, and engaging community events that align with our corporate objectives and initiatives.
Responsible for functions related to Payments Systems including remote deposit, cards, ACH, ATM and wires.
Responsible for reconciling daily settlements for ACH, share drafts, ATM/ITM transactions, shared branching, debit/ credit card transactions, remote deposits and branch balancing. Also performs other duties, such as, accounts payable, general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Responsible for delinquent accounts; contact delinquent members when necessary to determine and/or make arrangements to bring accounts back into a current status (heavy outbound calling required).
Includes loan origination, processing and underwriting. The origination team follows up with leads provided by front line employees, members who apply online or call in to facilitate the application process for credit cards, auto loans, personal loans, and home equity loans. Loan underwriting and processing positions review the applications, and produce loan documents to finalize the loan.
Minimize loss by coordinating the flow of member information as well as ensuring proper filing with courts when necessary to protect the interest of the Credit Union.
Responsible for maintaining organization of records to include GAP refunds and processing of vehicle titles.
Responsible for providing a stable and efficient network and monitor daily operations of the Credit Union.
