E-Sign Disclosure and Consent
This Online Banking E-Sign Disclosure and Consent (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications for those products, services and Accounts offered or accessible through Online Banking that are not otherwise governed by the terms and conditions of an electronic disclosure and consent. PLEASE NOTE: Consenting to receive communications under this Disclosure will not automatically enroll you in eStatements.

Online and Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosures
This Online and Mobile Banking Agreement and Disclosures (“Agreement”) is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning your use of the Partner Colorado Credit Union Online Banking and Mobile Banking Services (“Services”) and describes the various types of Electronic Funds Transfers (“EFTs”) available to members with Online and/or Mobile Banking. EFTs are electronically initiated transactions through Partner Colorado Online Banking and Bill Payment transactions involving your deposit or loan accounts.

Mobile Deposit Capture Terms and Conditions
All members must qualify through Partner Colorado's Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) eligibility guidelines and must agree to Terms and Conditions Agreement prior to using the service. Membership must be open for 30 days, member must be in good standing and membership must have qualified account. Review official terms and agreements for item eligibility, deposit deadlines, funds available, transaction limits, member responsibility and error resolution and returned items for full details. Partner Colorado reserves the right to deny service to any member at any time. Funds may be held on a case-by-case basis, as mobile deposits are not subject to Federal Regulation CC. Must download mobile banking app to use on iPad. Other conditions and restrictions may apply. Standard carrier data charges apply.

Mortgage Loan Disclosures
Certain conditions and restrictions may apply. All loans subject to credit and income verification. Final rate determined from credit and income verification.
*Loan approval, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), and down payment required based on credit worthiness, amount financed, loan-to-value and ability to repay. Loans may not be approved if requirements are not met. Certain conditions and restrictions apply.

Please understand that non-Partner Colorado postings to Partner Colorado sponsored pages are not representative of the opinions of Partner Colorado Credit Union. Nor does Partner Colorado confirm the accuracy of content posted by other users.
Do not include personal or account information in posts or private messages. Partner Colorado will never ask for your Social Security number, account information, passwords or PINs via social outlets or e-mail. We may also direct you to call a Contact Center Representative to provide further assistance and the best member service.

We discourage clicking on links posted by other users, as these links may pose risk to your computer or take you to inappropriate sites. We do not compensate for suggestions or ideas posted on Partner Colorado sponsored pages and we reserve the right to remove postings that are:
Abusive, defamatory or obscene
Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
In violation of any intellectual property right of another
In violation of any law or regulation

Spanish translations of disclosures and materials, if provided, are provided as a courtesy. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Spanish version of any disclosure or material that has been provided, the English version will control and supersede any Spanish version for all purposes including legal purposes. Subsequent disclosures and materials may be provided to the member in English only. If any disclosures or materials are provided in English only, and if you do not understand the English version that has been provided, it is your sole responsibility to obtain a translation.
