You do not need a Social Security Number or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to open a Non-Citizen Account. This free checking account is designed to give you convenient access to your money and everyday banking tools. With your Non-Citizen Account, you can:
 

• Deposit or withdraw money at any Partner Colorado branch
• Access thousands of fee-free CO-OP Network ATMs
• Use shared branch locations nationwide
• Make everyday purchases with your debit card, plus earn rewards

To open a Non-Citizen Account, you must first become a member of Partner Colorado by opening a savings account with a $5 deposit. You will also need the following:

1.  Proof of Colorado Residency
A document showing your name and current physical address, such as:

• Colorado Driver’s License
• Colorado State ID Card
• Unexpired foreign passport
• Utility bill
• Vehicle registration
• Insurance card
• Pay stub with employer verification
• Credit card or loan statement
• Phone bill

2. A Form of Identification, including one of the following:

• Matricula Consular Card
• Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)
• Employment Authorization Card

3. IRS Tax Form W-8BEN
