  • Go to the Log In page in Online Banking and click on the red "Register" button and follow the prompts.

 

 

Q. I forgot my Online/Mobile Banking password. How do I reset it?

  • Log in to Online Banking with your username. When the prompt comes up to enter your password, you should see an option for "I forgot my password". Click on the link and follow the prompts.

Q. How do I report that I'm going out of town? I don't want my debit/credit card transactions blocked due to Partner Colorado's fraud detection system.

Q. What is the difference between my current balance and my available balance?

  • The current balance is the total amount of funds in your account. The available balance is your current balance minus any transactions still pending to clear your account.

 

 

Q. How do I reorder checks?

  • To re-order personal and business checks on our website, click here or call our Total Solutions Contact Center at 303.422.6221. Make sure you have our routing number, your ten-digit checking account number and the last check number of your last order of checks. 

 

 

Q. How do I redeem my credit card rewards points?

  • If you haven't already done so, you'll need to create your online account at www.scorecardrewards.com so you can log into your rewards account. Once your account is created, You can view your reward balance, search and view all available redemption options and more! You can also call Reward Headquarters at 800.854.0790.
